Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WeHatke, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

As many of our products are customized, printed, or made-to-order, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.

Returns shall only be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Misprinted product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing item(s) in the order

Return Requirements

To request a return or replacement, customers must:

  • Record a proper unboxing/proof video while opening the package

  • Ensure the video clearly shows the package condition and product issue

  • Share the proof video along with order details on our support email

If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or misprinted, customers must notify us with proof within a reasonable time after delivery.

Without a valid unboxing/proof video, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products (except damaged, defective, or misprinted items)

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Gift wrapping charges (if applied)

Please note that gift wrapping charges are additional and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the printing or processing stage begins.

Once an order has been processed, printed, packed, or made ready for dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Order Modifications

Customers may request edits or changes to an order only before processing begins.

Once an order is processed, no modifications, edits, personalization changes, or address updates may be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Cancellation Refunds

If an order is cancelled successfully before processing or printing, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or bank account.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on payment providers and banking timelines.

Wrong / Missing / Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A wrong product

  • A missing item

  • A damaged, defective, or misprinted item

Please contact us with a valid proof video and order details.

After verification, WeHatke may provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the correct product (subject to stock availability)

  • Re-shipment of missing item(s)

  • Refund to the original payment method/bank account

  • Store credit or reward points (as per customer preference, where applicable)

Resolution type shall depend on product availability, order status, and verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Discount vouchers

  • Gift wrapping charges

  • Successfully delivered customized/personalized products (unless defective, damaged, or misprinted)
